During your discovery call, we’ll walk through your current workflow, pain points, and goals. From there, we’ll recommend the level of support that will bring the most clarity, ease, and flow to your business — whether that’s procurement, project management, ClickUp, or a blend of services.

01

How do I know which service is right for my studio?

We primarily work inside ClickUp, Houzz Pro, Studio Designer, and Google Workspace. If your studio uses different tools, we can adapt — our systems are flexible and designed to meet you where you are.

02

What programs or platforms do you use?

Absolutely. Some designers prefer full-service support; others only need order tracking, contractor communication, or installation prep. We’ll customize the level of involvement so it fits your studio’s unique workflow.

03

Can I hire you for just procurement or project management?

Yes — ongoing procurement, project management, and virtual design assistance can be booked on retainer for consistent support. This is perfect for designers juggling multiple projects or scaling their team.

04

Do you offer monthly retainers?

Pricing varies depending on the scope of your project and the level of support you need. After your discovery call, we’ll provide a clear, transparent proposal outlining all options so you can choose what feels aligned.

05

What is the investment?

Most full studio builds are completed within 2–4 weeks, depending on the complexity of your workflow. VIP Day options are also available for designers who want a fast-track transformation.

06

How long does a ClickUp setup take?

A walkthrough of your current process (formal or informal), access to your systems, and clarity on your goals. We guide you through everything — you won’t have to prepare anything elaborate.

07

What do you need from me to get started?

Yes! Most of our work is fully virtual and easily supported for designers across the U.S. For on-site needs (installations or project management), we can discuss availability and travel.

Do you work with designers outside of Florida?
